DR. LUCEANDY TOOLEY
Dr. Luceandy Tooley is an experienced higher education professional with expertise in the areas of international students, mentorship, and leadership. Dr. Tooley, an educator with nearly ten years of experience, has worked at many schools and universities around the United States. Dr. Tooley conducted research to investigate the experiences of Haitian immigrant college students who pursued higher education after the 2010 earthquake in the United States.
